Covenant Fellowship initiated and coordinated the efforts for getting the Bible in the classrooms at Willis High School (2008).
The Bible was added to the course curriculum for the 2008-2009 school year for Willis High School as an elective class.
The Bible is now part of the permenant course selections for Willis High School as an elective class.
Covenant Fellowship donated 48 Bibles to WISD for the required text books for students taking the Bible course in the 2009-2010 school year.
Covenant Fellowship is now the supplier of Bibles to WISD for students taking the Bible course.
Covenant Fellowship coordinates the scheduling of Willis area pastors doing the convocation at the monthly Willis City Council meetings.

The pastoral team of Covenant Fellowship attends annual conferences hosted by state officials, ministry leaders and political leaders for staying tuned into public policy.
WISD is now offering the bible course in a two semester format qualifying the class as one full credit instead of the 1/2 credit for one semester.
